Celebrate Manchester Pride 2024
The University will once again be entering the Manchester Pride Parade on Saturday, 24 August with the first solo entry since 2019. There will also be a stall on Community Lane on Sunday, 25 August, which will give us an opportunity to engage with members of the public and share experiences of working and / or studying at one of Stonewall's Top 100 Employers.
We had WINNING entries in 2012 and 2013, and, whilst our subsequent themed entries over the past few years didn't scoop prizes, we still all had an amazing time and generated a lot of interest and enthusiasm!

For Manchester Pride 2024, The University of Manchester Gift Shop (located in University Place) will be restocking its Pride items! The Pride Range includes badges, pens, jumpers, t-shirts, and tote bags!
